Why There is No Joy in Mudville!

Is your life, a never ending cycle of overwhelming emotions; making you feel like there is just No Joy in Mudville?

Do you often feel frustrated and annoyed by the actions and words of people around you?

Do you know, that these feelings are actually your own and not BECAUSE of the other person?

In other words, your emotions are yours alone. So if you are feeling overwhelmed and stuck in the chaos of Mudville, are you ready to see that –

No one can make you FEEL anything,

that you don’t want to.

Unless of course, you are carrying around so much suppressed and hidden emotional baggage that the universe is trying to help you become aware of!! 

This is what happens in our lives. 

External events, are simply a mirror reflection of what is really going on inside of us! 

However, if you are confronted by someone else’s anger, frustration, anxiety or chaos and it DOESN’T AFFECT you, then it’s NOT YOUR STUFF!

Recently I was confronted several times by very pure outward Rage! Funny how life likes to throw things at you, when you put your own Self out “there”. I always look at life’s occurrence, as a great way to know that I have accomplished so much in my own healing journey.

I was at a speaking engagement on the weekend and there was a fellow who was hanging on to so much anger and rage, that he could not contain it at all. Every word was spoken with harsh critical remarks and if his belief did not match any one else’s he was sure to comment. The tension around him was quite noticeable. All I kept imagining when he spoke was of an angry bull contained in a very tight enclosure with no way to properly discharge his pent up rage. My heart went out to him.

He definitely was in need of my Anger and Frustration kit!

I can not imagine living life with so much seething rage that I cannot ever feel or experience Love and Joy!

Every emotion that overwhelms us, such as grief, anger and fear, blocks us from living freely in pure Joy and Love. 

So what do we do about these emotions? We all know that you can not be human without having any emotions.

We all know that every single emotion has a purpose. We experience every emotion in response to life and our participation within life. They are used to bring our Awareness, to something that is not right within or outside us. We then use them to help us resolve, release and free ourselves from the event. 

We are all conscious individuals who are on a journey to self discovery and in search of our own “perfect” Soul and  Spiritual life.

We need to begin to honour and own our emotional and mental states.

Once we begin to recognize that every emotion we feel is our own and is there for a reason; we can begin to work on resolving the ones that are buried deeply.

Those thoughts, beliefs and emotions that are not allowing us to live in Joy, Freedom and Love most of the time. When we hang on to past emotional and psychological trauma’s it creates a memory pattern about that event. Once the pattern has been locked in to place within our very cellular and energetic makeup, then we actually create a life that reflects these trauma’s.

Our beliefs and emotions control our physical body. Our musculature is the outward expresser of our e-motions (energy in motion).

If you take the time to reflect on your own life story you will see the way life continues to play out in a very specific way for you. Look at the emotional  events that keep recurring in your life.

What state keeps “Affecting” you?

The only way you will ever be free of old emotional and psychological patterns is to first recognize them.

Bring them in to the light of day. Then reflect on them and try to come up with the message behind their energy. Once you can understand and honour what that message is for you, then you can begin to let it go.

Letting go of unresolved trauma’s can be very difficult to do on your own. Trust me I know, because I have been working on this for many years and sometimes objective outside help is needed for you to see clearly.

From my own personal and professional repertory, here are some suggestions that worked for me.

Dynamic Medicine and Homotonic remedies that address the specific emotions or beliefs you are stuck in, such as;

Natrum Muriaticum – Past events that create a sense of loss and being let down, where by the individual feels the need to close themselves off in order to protect themselves are cleared well with this remedy.

Staphysagria – Patterns of frustration and situations in life where the individual feels like they are stuck and can not change clear well with this remedy. As well as individuals who feel they are suppressed or dominated, because they have no power of self.

Lachesis – The resentful and jealousy remedy. The need to ‘keep up with the Jones’s’ state of mind in order to prove your self worth.

Baryta Carbonicum – The fear that life does not support you, when in fact it is your own lack of trust in yourself.

Aurum metallicum – The big classic depression remedy, which stems from no sense of self worth.

There of course are tons of other individual remedies used to properly release specific emotions and beliefs.

Another useful tool to release past trauma is; Theta Healing. This is a wonderful technique you can learn or find a qualified practitioner to help you work through old destructive belief patterns and release them.

Daily Affirmations, are another wonderful way to change your negative, unhealthy thoughts to clearer more productive ones. The key to affirmations however, is that you must instill the feeling work along with the words. If you can not truly imagine how the new state would feel and affect your life then the affirmation will not stick!

Orgonomic body work, is a process whereby the practitioner will help the individual discover what area of the body is blocked/armored. Then there are specific exercises used to help the individual release the blocked and stagnant emotional and/or psychological energy at the biological level. When this is done, all realms are freed; emotional, psychological and physical. One of my favorite exercises to release the cervical and thoracic area is doing deep out breathes with a strong and loud HUH. Another one is actually simply screaming to the cosmos and letting what ever words, and emotions need to come up and out to be released with what ever intensity is needed to reach a state of pure relaxation!

Six Essential Exercises to Inner Health!

When it comes to improving your health, the main thing that often gets the most focus, is eliminating the physical symptoms. 

Once they are calmed down, all other efforts are forgotten.

Unless you are also feeling severe emotional or mental pain. Then you will continue to search for answers and resolution.

It always amazes me, how much we are willing to put up with, in our own health and lives, before we put in the effort to change.

I get it too! Change is hard. It takes effort, and unless you are REALLY unhappy and in severe pain, you aren’t going to change!


As a human being, you have to keep changing, growing and evolving. Whether, you really want to or not. It’s a cosmic law of being alive!

Eventually, everyone has to make some effort to change themselves.

The more you try NOT, to change, the more rigid you become; mentally, emotionally and physically.  This rigidity, at an energetic and cellular level eventually leads to illness and disease.

Now, I’m not saying you have to make drastic changes, but; being attentive to yourself, your own reactions and actions in life can go a long way in keeping you younger, more vibrant and alive in this lifetime.

Rudolf Steiner, the founder of the Waldorf School system and of Anthroposophical science and medicine; was the King of inner health.

He had developed –

Six Essential Exercise to Inner Health!

I have adopted and used these exercise, in various ways over the years, to help support my clients in their health journey!

Here is a quick look at them;

1. Thought Control: At least for a short time each day, you must stop all sorts of thoughts from drifting through your mind, for a small space of time, to allow peace and tranquility to enter your mind.

This is not as easy as it sounds! It took me years to truly accomplish this feat, but I will say it is well worth the effort. I can now, on cue, remove all thoughts for 10 – 20 seconds. Which, brings in a true sense of well-being and peace. This overall feeling then, slowly seeps into my whole being.

2. Initiative in Action: Every day, you must accomplish some act, however trivial; such as, watering a plant. This action comes from your own initiative, the desire and purpose to accomplish this for your own benefit. 

Most of the acts that we perform on a daily basis come from obligations to family circumstances, education, your work performance and expectations etc. Consequently, you spend very little time doing things by your own inner willpower and self guided direction. This leads to an incredible loss of your own sense of self! Taking conscious efforts every day to do something just for YOU, will help you find your own inner sense of self.

3. Detachment and Imperturbability: This means that you learn to pay attention to your emotions, and through conscious effort, regulate them. By being fully attentive to your own emotions and what brings them to the surface you come to know yourself more fully. 

This is not an exercise in rigid control and suppressing your emotions. Instead, this is about fully allowing yourself to feel all the emotions that are needed, to help you life a full life! Allow yourself to feel anger and grief, in order to fully resolve them. 

In order to fully experience Joy in your life, you must be willing to experience Grief, Loss and Anger!

4. Freedom from Judgement: Make a conscious effort to always see the good in everything.

The more you try to see and experience life as a learning tool; where everything is meant to improve your life. The easier it is, to believe the universe is here to only support and love you in your journey! Seemingly “negative” events are actually the best motivators to help you know yourself more fully.

5. Faith: Universal faith, regardless of religion, is based on the ability to not judge your future based on your past!

To have true faith in yourself, you must be willing to meet every new experience with new faith. You must be open and willing to all possibilities in life, without pre-conceived beliefs. This will create a constant renewed sense of awe and wonder, which inspires your inner health daily.

6. Inner Balance:  This is a result of the other five qualities. As you work on developing the other five qualities, a sense of inner peace and balance is acquired. The more you focus on these exercises, the greater your sense of inner balance.

The greater your inner balance and health, the more your life will flow in a qualitative, self serving way!

I hope that you begin to make these exercises a part of your everyday, health regime.

Inner health is just as vital as outer health. In fact, your inner health is what drives your outer health.

Ready to Leap Forward with Your Health?

Are you ready to take your health and your life to the next level? I know I am, and I would love to help you get to where ever you would like to go! We all have our own unique path to unfold, do you know yours? If so do you know how to get there? th-1

As I’m sitting here this morning trying to come up with a great blog, I’m also making some big business decisions for myself. Decisions, which take me WAY outside my normal day to day comfort zone. However, I have been asking the universe to support me in what ever way I need to be successful for well over a year.

It appears that the universe has been building up a response and is now unfolding it like a giant yellow brick road in front of me. It is now up to me to have the courage to follow!

It feels exciting, chaotic and a bit scary, but I know that I am ready. I have done my homework for many years. I have come to know myself and my direction in this life. I have overcome many obstacles and challenges, and I finally feel ready to take the leap. I also have Dynamic Medicine at my disposal to help with any support I may need. For instance today I’m going to work with Anacardium. A fabulous remedy for feeling chaotic and overwhelmed as well as low self worth. It helps to remove this states at an energetic level, allowing me to feel more clear and confident.

Are you ready to take a leap of faith with me this year?

I promise if you do; if you choose to make this the year to do what ever it takes to clear your health issues. Then I will be there for you in what ever way I can. We are all in this journey together. Each of us here to teach each other, with whatever gifts we have. I finally understand that. Some life lessons take a little longer to fully integrate and know than others!

I used to have this old belief pattern that life was meant to be challenging, a struggle with very little support. However, I have chosen to remove that belief and instead believe that life is fully supportive. All I had to do was ask! It was the asking for help that was the most difficult for me. It wasn’t until I finally fully, unconditionally loved myself, that I felt okay to ask for help. For some bizarre reason, when we don’t love ourselves and we are raised to be “tough” and “suck it up” we learn to go it alone. But why?

Because of some stupid old belief structure that society proliferates to keep us stuck and oppressed! Well no more I say!!

I’m going to take that leap of faith and ask for the right support, at the right time to help me realize my deepest dreams this year. How about you?

This year I choose to support my Whole being through;

Proper regimen, diet and exercise.

Proper emotional support from the people in my life who truly love and honor me for who I am, unconditionally!

By asking for the right knowledge and proper beliefs, then being open to receiving and changing them as it suits me right now.

Once all those are in place, then I know that I will have the right connection to my true Authentic Self. Because I have taken conscious self guided steps to get there!

It’s time to trust ourselves, to learn to listen to our own inner guidance. Once we know what we want then we can ask for the right guidance. Be open and ready for those individuals to come in to our life to help us learn what we need to learn to fulfill our ultimate destiny.
