Why There is No Joy in Mudville!

Is your life, a never ending cycle of overwhelming emotions; making you feel like there is just No Joy in Mudville?

Do you often feel frustrated and annoyed by the actions and words of people around you?

Do you know, that these feelings are actually your own and not BECAUSE of the other person?

In other words, your emotions are yours alone. So if you are feeling overwhelmed and stuck in the chaos of Mudville, are you ready to see that –

No one can make you FEEL anything,

that you don’t want to.

Unless of course, you are carrying around so much suppressed and hidden emotional baggage that the universe is trying to help you become aware of!!

This is what happens in our lives.

External events, are simply a mirror reflection of what is really going on inside of us!

However, if you are confronted by someone else’s anger, frustration, anxiety or chaos and it DOESN’T AFFECT you, then it’s NOT YOUR STUFF!

Recently I was confronted several times by very pure outward Rage! Funny how life likes to throw things at you, when you put your own Self out “there”. I always look at life’s occurrence, as a great way to know that I have accomplished so much in my own healing journey.

I was at a speaking engagement on the weekend and there was a fellow who was hanging on to so much anger and rage, that he could not contain it at all. Every word was spoken with harsh critical remarks and if his belief did not match any one else’s he was sure to comment. The tension around him was quite noticeable. All I kept imagining when he spoke was of an angry bull contained in a very tight enclosure with no way to properly discharge his pent up rage. My heart went out to him.

He definitely was in need of my Anger and Frustration kit!

Helping you safely remove the; physical, mental and emotional burden of anger.
Helping you safely remove the; physical, mental and emotional burden of anger.

I can not imagine living life with so much seething rage that I cannot ever feel or experience Love and Joy!

Every emotion that overwhelms us, such as grief, anger and fear, blocks us from living freely in pure Joy and Love.

So what do we do about these emotions? We all know that you can not be human without having any emotions.

We all know that every single emotion has a purpose. We experience every emotion in response to life and our participation within life. They are used to bring our Awareness, to something that is not right within or outside us. We then use them to help us resolve, release and free ourselves from the event.

We are all conscious individuals who are on a journey to self discovery and in search of our own “perfect” Soul and  Spiritual life.

We need to begin to honour and own our emotional and mental states.

Once we begin to recognize that every emotion we feel is our own and is there for a reason; we can begin to work on resolving the ones that are buried deeply.

Those thoughts, beliefs and emotions that are not allowing us to live in Joy, Freedom and Love most of the time. When we hang on to past emotional and psychological trauma’s it creates a memory pattern about that event. Once the pattern has been locked in to place within our very cellular and energetic makeup, then we actually create a life that reflects these trauma’s.

Our beliefs and emotions control our physical body. Our musculature is the outward expresser of our e-motions (energy in motion).

If you take the time to reflect on your own life story you will see the way life continues to play out in a very specific way for you. Look at the emotional  events that keep recurring in your life.

What state keeps “Affecting” you?

The only way you will ever be free of old emotional and psychological patterns is to first recognize them.

Bring them in to the light of day. Then reflect on them and try to come up with the message behind their energy. Once you can understand and honour what that message is for you, then you can begin to let it go.

Letting go of unresolved trauma’s can be very difficult to do on your own. Trust me I know, because I have been working on this for many years and sometimes objective outside help is needed for you to see clearly.

From my own personal and professional repertory, here are some suggestions that worked for me.

Dynamic Medicine and Homotonic remedies that address the specific emotions or beliefs you are stuck in, such as;

Natrum Muriaticum – Past events that create a sense of loss and being let down, where by the individual feels the need to close themselves off in order to protect themselves are cleared well with this remedy.

Staphysagria – Patterns of frustration and situations in life where the individual feels like they are stuck and can not change clear well with this remedy. As well as individuals who feel they are suppressed or dominated, because they have no power of self.

Lachesis – The resentful and jealousy remedy. The need to ‘keep up with the Jones’s’ state of mind in order to prove your self worth.

Baryta Carbonicum – The fear that life does not support you, when in fact it is your own lack of trust in yourself.

Aurum metallicum – The big classic depression remedy, which stems from no sense of self worth.

There of course are tons of other individual remedies used to properly release specific emotions and beliefs.

Another useful tool to release past trauma is; Theta Healing. This is a wonderful technique you can learn or find a qualified practitioner to help you work through old destructive belief patterns and release them.

Daily Affirmations, are another wonderful way to change your negative, unhealthy thoughts to clearer more productive ones. The key to affirmations however, is that you must instill the feeling work along with the words. If you can not truly imagine how the new state would feel and affect your life then the affirmation will not stick!

Orgonomic body work, is a process whereby the practitioner will help the individual discover what area of the body is blocked/armored. Then there are specific exercises used to help the individual release the blocked and stagnant emotional and/or psychological energy at the biological level. When this is done, all realms are freed; emotional, psychological and physical. One of my favorite exercises to release the cervical and thoracic area is doing deep out breathes with a strong and loud HUH. Another one is actually simply screaming to the cosmos and letting what ever words, and emotions need to come up and out to be released with what ever intensity is needed to reach a state of pure relaxation!

If you find that trying to be objective with your own, beliefs and emotions is difficult then you may find that working with someone like myself would help. I would be able to help you free yourself in a more timely and efficient way.

How to Calm Your Anxiety Now!

We all have times when we feel out of control. Panic sets in and we think we are loosing our mind! Our breathing gets shallow, our chest pounds, throat constricts, and our head feels foggy. What do you do when this happens? Well, understanding why and how this happens, will help you learn how to calm your anxiety now & forever.

http://www.signs-of-stress.com/symptoms-of-stress.html

We all feel anxiety at different times in our life. Anxiety is a biological response to pressure. What exactly causes the pressure is as varied as there are individuals in this world. Why one person reacts to a given situation is predetermined by their past experiences and belief structures.

When you can understand why YOU as an individual are reacting with anxiety to a given situation, you can begin to unwind its hold on you. In other words the more you really know and honor yourself consciously the more self power you have, the less outer circumstance will affect you.

For example, one thing that can still cause me some anxiety is money. I have old negative beliefs centered around money and it’s value in my life. I am working on it as we speak, but it is still the one thing that stresses me out! When I catch myself incessantly worrying about money, I stop my thoughts in their track. I calm my body and my breathing and I let myself know that it is all ok. I am okay right now. I am not going to die if that bill does not get fully paid right now. I will do my best and let the rest go!

Teaching yourselves how to live fully in the present moment will go a long way in releasing anxiety. Not allowing your brain to get carried away in never never land of tomorrow, or even digging up old unresolved stuff from the past will diminish most of the things that trigger anxiety. Most of the things we worry about are long past events we cannot change, or future things that we cannot control.

Read more on your thought patterns in my blog Whose Driving Your Bus!

Aside from learning to stay as focused in the moment, and letting the things you cannot change or control right now go! Here are some immediate tips you can use if you feel like you are on the edge of an anxiety attack.

1. Accept who you are, right now and know that you are okay. Accept the state you are in and honor yourself, don’t fight it, know that it will pass, just as it has in the past.

2. Breathe, focus on deep breathing. Inhale through your nose and exhale out through your mouth. Be sure to Breathe out twice as long as you breathe in, as this is the relaxing phase.

3. Give yourself permission to feel anxious for a while, knowing it will pass. If you can try to step back or outside the feeling and see it objectively.

4. Use positive thinking, focus on the words, I am okay and safe right now.

5. Try to distract yourself with something that relaxes you and brings you a feeling of joy.

6. Let time pass, there is no need to hurry, relax, practice all the above steps and know that you are the one in control of your life. You make your life choices to the best of your ability, no less and no more. You are only human and in order to grow you need to make mistakes and have challenges.

The pressures of life can be outstanding, if we allow it. As we age, we tend to not fully accept or resolve old issues, which can also build up and cause pressure. These, then play out in our lives in future worrying. We truly can be our own worst enemy. However, Dynamic medicine and my Whole Healing Programs, are designed to help you free yourself from the past.

Let me teach you, how to live fully in the moment with Self conscious awareness and be full of joy for your own life!

Because life is too darn short to live it stressed out and unhappy! By taking control of your life in positive self affirming ways, you not only release inner tension, you will also strengthen your immune system. The less pressure you feel inside the less there will be outside, the stronger you will feel and be all around.

So here is to an amazing new year and an amazing new you!

In True Resonant Health,

enjoy your day,

Andrea

Wholistic Look at Bullying

When it comes to bullying, we are either a victim or we are the attacker! Yet, the underlying mental and emotional state that creates both is the same.

Finally tired of being victimized.

Most people can easily remember a time when they where the victim of some form of bullying. Whether it was the classic school age, peer attack or a recent work situation. The feeling and response is always the same. Even though the attack comes from outside of ourselves the pain, humiliation, anguish and inner anger comes from within.

Why is it that we ALLOW another human being to AFFECT us in this way?

As with everything that goes on in life, when interacting with others it is a two way street. There is a huge, functionally opposite, dynamic going on when bullying occurs. Being human, means learning to understand who we are and how we function as individuals. One of the best ways to do this is through our interactions with others. How do our thoughts, emotions and actions affect others and how do theirs affect us? We can discover so much about ourselves by learning to be honest and objective with our own thoughts and emotions. If we can understand why we act and react to others and what the significance of those interactions is for our own growth and evolution; then the affect others will have on us will be taken as a positive in every situation. In order to truly learn and know true Love we must experience its counter opposite of hatred and anger! Then we need to balance the two in a healthy constructive way within our own lives.

Bullying or being victimized comes about when two individuals who have a low or absent SENSE OF SELF interact.  Each individual needs the experience in order for them to learn to LOVE THEMSELVES! There may be a million different scenarios behind what creates one individual to become a bully and the other to be the victim, but at the end of the day the unfolding is the same. What is it that we need to learn from this unhealthy exchange?

My Thirteen year old daughter and I where discussing this the other day, after their school had a recent assembly about ANTI-BULLYING. She had a very good point when she said that each year the schools focus on anti-bullying, yet it continues to happen, nothing is really changing! I had an epiphany when she mentioned it in this way. I realized that society was focusing on the negative aspect and not on the positive. Instead of focusing on trying to eliminate bullying, we should be focusing on teaching this next generation of kids how to Love and Honor their own SELF! In a healthy, conscious way.

If every child could learn to LOVE themselves, unconditionally, then they would not have the need to go through this horrible experience. If this next generation can learn to be responsible for their own thoughts, emotions and actions then bullying would end! It is time to change this pattern of hard learned life lessons. My daughter and I have decided to begin a Campaign to Empower the Self in each and every one of us. Starting with her friends and school mates.

I am well aware that teaching kids and adults to learn to know and Love themselves is no easy task. The many reasons behind why someone has a low sense of self is extremely multi-faceted and layered. For those of you who know the system of True Dynamic Medicine/Heilkunst, or have read my book Beyond the Looking Glass, you are well aware of how complicated and blocked with diseases we are. Our diseased mental and emotional lives alone are due to centuries of false beliefs, miscommunications, ignorance and oppression. However, we are now living in a highly conscious, self aware time. Our own ability to separate our thoughts from our emotions and from our physical reactions, has never been this clear.  It is time to learn from our past mistakes and CHOOSE to live a different life. The key will be teaching people that this is possible and how to do it for themselves.

If you feel like you are being bullied, ask yourself; What do I need to learn about myself in this situation? Do I feel inferior to this person? Why? Then begin taking small constructive steps to not feel that way ever again. Decide to change what you believe about yourself and do it! Every day choose to Love and honor yourself in every way, because you deserve it!

There is incredible power in learning Self Ownership. It gives you the courage to be who ever you choose to be! Yes, it comes with an inability to blame others for your choices, but that was always a false belief anyways. Most people simply chose to ignore it!

It is time to fully own the truth of who we are, as individuals. “I am who I am, nothing more and nothing less.” “I Love my Self!” by knowing, honoring and loving my Self fully I am able to decide how my day, my week, and life will unfold according to my thoughts, emotions and actions.

I choose to have a great day today, no matter how it unfolds around me!

How about you?

In true resonant Health, have a fabulous day.
