How to Heal a Head Injury

Find out how you can heal a head injury, quickly, effectively and naturally!

Head injuries certainly seem to be on the rise.

Maybe it’s just that we are hearing more about them.

Or maybe, it’s that we are more susceptible to the problems that can be created, by a head trauma?

As kids, we never wore helmets for anything. Maybe because of this, we unconsciously protected our head more during play or activities.

Now that we are wearing helmets, we think we’re were covered, so we can go harder or faster?

One thing is for sure, the more we are protecting ourselves, the more severe the injuries are becoming.

In any case, I’m sure you’ll agree, we are hearing more and more about head injuries and more and more of these injuries are leading to serious health problems.

No more are there simple headache, a bit of rest for a few days, then you’re good to go!

Head injuries are creating long term, serious health concerns. That may or may not ever be resolved. At least that is what I am hearing and seeing.

However, there is good news for the majority of you who are struggling with an acute (new) or chronic (old) head trauma.

You CAN heal a head injury.

A head injury or trauma should not be a life sentence of life long problems.

There are a variety of support tools that are available to everyone. That will help your body to release, rejuvenate and restore full health for the vast majority of head injuries.

So let’s look at these tools!

How to Heal a Head Injury

  1. Get qualitative sleep. Your body has the ability to heal itself, provided it has the right support and there is nothing blocking it’s ability (see further ideas) But initially, one of the best ways to allow your body time to heal is to sleep. Take it easy, relax and don’t over tax your body.
  2. Clear the trauma with my Trauma Release kit! Be sure to request a set of “sequential powders” for a head trauma. Effective Ways to Improve Your Energy!

Low energy and chronic fatigue are a common issue in today’s society.

In our rushed, consumer driven world, we tend to take on too many things, in an attempt to “get ahead”.

But is it really working, and at what cost to your soul, spirit, and physical health?

Doing things that are not supporting your true self first, are the biggest triggers of energy loss.

Now I know that everyone gets into energy slumps now and again.

It is nearly impossible to have super high energy all the time, no matter how healthy you are. 

There are so many reasons why you may get into an energy slump. Some may be due to excessive mental stress, like worry, anxiety, regrets and confusion. Others could be due to emotional overload, such as, too much held sorrow, fear or anger. It can also come from numerous physical imbalances like, a severe illness, infection, injury, constant lack of sleep or improper nutrients.

All of these states if left unresolved will eventually form a chronic problem, thus leading to chronic energy loss.

The key is to balance and heal all areas of your life. Living your life with self consciousness and a willingness to change unhealthy habits is true health.

Let’s look at each aspect and how to improve your energy on every level.

If your energy slump is recent or has only just begun, then it should be relatively easy to know what has triggered it. Try to assess whether the energy slump is due to an emotional, mental or physical reason. Finding the cause will help you be able to recover faster and more efficiently.

If it’s an emotional event that has caused this lack of energy, there will be a noticeable blockage in your abdomen, chest or throat. This blockage may simply be felt as tension or a knot, it may also create more severe physical symptoms of pain and constriction like headaches, chest or breathing pain and pressure. The first thing that you should do, is be sure there is no serious physical cause, like a heart problem or deep infection.

If it’s emotional, then honour how you feel. If you need a good cry, then have a good cry! Release and discharge, so you can find the relaxation and healing phase. If you are feeling low or depressed, find a good, close friend to talk to and tell them truly how you are feeling. Have them help you see, that we all feel this way sometimes.

Then take some time to yourself, go for a walk in nature and remember to look for the beauty in your life. Gratitude and self love will go a long way in helping you recover your energy.

Last but certainly not least, lets look at what causes physical exhaustion.

This is generally pretty obvious, since most of the time we are well aware when we have physically over done it. The best solution is to let your body rest and recover.

It’s amazing though, how many people simply cannot let themselves take a bit of down time to heal. The only way your body will ever fully recover, is if you let it rest. Sometimes just taking a full 24 hours to lay low, do nothing but eat good food and sleep is all you need to bounce back.

Dynamic Medicine

If however, you have truly over done it physically and there is some serious muscle strains or pulled tendons, then tonic remedies can come to the rescue! Use – Arnica, for any bruising, swelling or muscle ache, Rhus-tox for muscle strain and Ruta graveolens for any tendon trauma.

What is Causing Your Fatigue?

Is your fatigue mental, emotional or physical?

The human organism naturally functions in a rhythm of expansion and contraction. According to Wilhelm Reich, all of life functions in a four beat cycle of; tension, charge, discharge and relaxation. They never properly release in order to achieve full relaxation.  This is when chronic illness and disease sets in.
