How to Heal a Head Injury

Find out how you can heal a head injury, quickly, effectively and naturally!

Head injuries certainly seem to be on the rise.

Maybe it’s just that we are hearing more about them.

Or maybe, it’s that we are more susceptible to the problems that can be created, by a head trauma?

As kids, we never wore helmets for anything. Maybe because of this, we unconsciously protected our head more during play or activities.

Now that we are wearing helmets, we think we’re were covered, so we can go harder or faster?

One thing is for sure, the more we are protecting ourselves, the more severe the injuries are becoming.

In any case, I’m sure you’ll agree, we are hearing more and more about head injuries and more and more of these injuries are leading to serious health problems.

No more are there simple headache, a bit of rest for a few days, then you’re good to go!

Head injuries are creating long term, serious health concerns. That may or may not ever be resolved. At least that is what I am hearing and seeing.

However, there is good news for the majority of you who are struggling with an acute (new) or chronic (old) head trauma.

You CAN heal a head injury.

A head injury or trauma should not be a life sentence of life long problems.

There are a variety of support tools that are available to everyone. That will help your body to release, rejuvenate and restore full health for the vast majority of head injuries.

So let’s look at these tools!

How to Heal a Head Injury

  1. Get qualitative sleep. Your body has the ability to heal itself, provided it has the right support and there is nothing blocking it’s ability (see further ideas) But initially, one of the best ways to allow your body time to heal is to sleep. Take it easy, relax and don’t over tax your body.
  2. Clear the trauma with my Trauma Release kit! Be sure to request a set of “sequential powders” for a head trauma. The best way to be sure there is no blockage in your life force to heal is to clear the trauma with Dynamic Medicine. Dynamic Medicine is the best and most natural way to release any damage done to the life force, first at an energetic level. Allowing the life force to be free to fully clean up the damage that has occurred on every level.
  3. Supply your body with high quality nutrients through a completely bio-available supplement; like Marine Phytoplankton or the new all in one Prodigy 5. I suggest both physical and mental activity at a level your comfortable with daily. Never over do it! Start slow and work up gradually. This will get your blood flowing and circulating throughout your whole body as well as stimulate some of those good “feel good” endorphins. Also check out some brain gym exercises. Anything that works on memory is good. My favourite brain game is the card game called Concentration!

Cancer, the Unlived Life!

 

My own father never saw his 50th birthday because of Cancer, and it was his passing, that sent me on a mission to truly understand Cancer. What connects us mentally, emotionally and physically to this disease, and what is required to truly resolve this state. Do you struggle with – Cancer and the unlived life?

I was scrolling through Facebook the other morning and saw this posted by a dear friend –

I really wanted to respond, but felt my response would probably get lost and misunderstood in this venue, so I decided to create this post.

Here was the response I started to write – 

“Sweetie, there already is, it’s just not a single pill or drug as we are all expecting. It’s about understanding the STATE of mind behind why you resonate with this disease. What the life lesson is in it for you as an individual; along with the time and effort to resolve it. Taking care of the physical body through detoxing, high quality nutrition, and cutting out the things that Cancer feeds on like sugar. This is the way to cure Cancer. We all have the answer within us, we just need to find it!”

And now, here is the full clarification of what I wanted to share about Cancer, which is often referred to as the unlived life.

Remember, this is simply my own personal and professional life experiences. What I have observed and learned through healing myself and helping my clients unfold their own healing journeys. I have struggled with my own version of the “Cancer State”, and still consciously keep watch over falling back into it!

If you’ve ever watched the Big Bang Theory on TV, you will know the character Sheldon. He is a classic, holier than thou, don’t care about you, I’m number one narcissist!

What the heck does that have to do with Cancer you may ask? Well, a whole lot!

Every disease, first and foremost is a state of mind. 

In other words, what you think and believe inside creates your outside world. It affects your actions and reactions on a daily basis. 

These beliefs or states may start as a small germ, planted at birth by your parents beliefs, fears, traumas and experiences. It could be an inherent condition that was passed on from one generation to another, which is completely unconscious. Or, it could be a Karmic life lesson that you need to work through and resolve.

Whatever the initial cause, the state/s that you carry create your reality today. 

But you can change them.

Through conscious effort, due diligence and self love, you can resolve old beliefs and recreate a new you!

Is it time to recreate a new you?

Let’s go back and look at the character ‘Sheldon’, what we see is someone who always puts themselves first. Often at the expense of others; a true Narcissist. 

We often view narcissists as horrible selfish people, and yes this is true. Yet, on some level they are doing one thing right; loving and honouring themselves first. And because of this fact, they will never die of Cancer! I’ll explain why further down, keep reading. 🙂

What they are being asked to learn in this life, is to be more compassionate to others needs, feelings and thoughts.

People who are the polar opposite of this; who put EVERYONE ELSE before their own needs, are what I call Cancer people. In other words, they don’t live their life for themselves first, they put their own soul, spiritual, thoughts and emotional well being at the bottom of the list.

For some reason they have learned that they come last. That sacrificing themselves to save the whole is the right thing to do.

Now I’m not saying that we all need to be Narcissists, to ignore everyone else for our own pleasure. What I am saying is that we need to balance these two states. To find the healthy middle ground. Where we can love and honour ourselves every minute of every day first, while we give back to other’s in a way that is not self sacrificing. In a way that is reciprocal, even if only on an energetic, emotional level.

When we connect in a loving way, fully within ourselves first, then we can give back to the world in a truly healthy way. Free of all resentment, fear, jealousy, oppression. Then and only then will we live in a state of whole health.

When you give in this way, you teach others to do the same.

Below is my list to help you, Break free of the Cancer State and the Unlived Life

1. Love yourself first and unconditionally!

2. Eat a pH balancing diet that is appropriate for your body type; and if you are already struggling with Cancer, put your body into Natural Ketosis. Cancer can’t life in a body burning fat as fuel.

3. Get appropriate levels of Vitamin D

4. Eat foods high in bioavailable nutrients like Marine Phytoplankton, sprouts, berries, dark green and brightly coloured, non GMO vegetables.

5. Avoid excess amounts of sugar like; pop, crappy prefabricated carbohydrate high foods like cereals, breads, crackers, cookies and so on. Also keep your alcohol intake to a minimum. As Cancer feeds on sugar!

6. Clean up your own environment, reduce toxic products like harsh cleaners, pesticide,skin care products and genetically modified foods.

7. Drink lots of clean fresh filtered water, avoid municipal tap water, which is full of toxins. Add natural minerals to your water, like a tsp of Himalayan salt.

8. Avoid using microwaves, especially when using plastic containers. Microwaves give off negative energy, they alter the molecular structure of the food and create radiolytic compounds.

9. Be sure to exercise a bit every day, get outside and enjoy nature.

10. Learn to relax and take time just for YOU! Do something every day that is soul serving just to you, even if it is only 5 minutes to enjoy your favourite tea and become mindful-less doing it.

11. Take control over your thoughts, emotions and actions in a healthy, self serving way. Become your own source of power.

12. Last but certainly not least, truly listen to yourself. Take time every day to clean out old unwanted thoughts, thought patterns and emotions, that are keeping you stuck in a negative rut.

 Recognize, honour and release all old emotional and mental trauma’s and excess baggage!

You and only you are fully responsible for your thoughts, emotions and actions. Take back your own power.

I know it can seem scary at first, to have to take full responsibility for everything that is happening in your life. When you stop playing the Victim Game, then and only then, will you truly find life’s greatest pleasures and rewards!

So is there a cure for Cancer already?

YES, Yes there is, it’s called taking full control of your life. 

Freeing yourself from all suppression and oppression. Resolving and releasing all of the old emotional baggage that you are carrying, especially the anger. And if you don’t think you are angry, think again, in fact, dig deep and be truly honest with yourself and your life. 

If you feel like a victim, you are carrying deep unresolved anger. Which is why you resonate with and attract being victimized. 

It’s time to stand up for YOURSELF in a LOVING, SELF HONOURING way!

When you take the time every day to love and honour yourself, you will begin to make positive changes in your health on every level. You will want to eat better, rest when needed, play when wanted and get rid of all of the unhealthy, self sabotaging things you have been doing.

Then and only then will you free yourself from the Cancer, un-lived state!
